Many thanks for clarifying that. Is it therefore unlikely that the current vendors would have placed the covenants on there? Two further questions:

1. Would a covenant restricting the ability to let out the house, also extend to a "lodger who occupies one of the rooms in the granny annex" compared to letting out the complete house?

2. Can anyone including myself search the land registry entries for this information to see who requested it?
