    Sorry to have caused a controversy :) I do sometimes wonder if there are glitches in PB as when I look from home, some properties have the current date on the details and others have a fuller history, yet I know the former have been on the market for longer than a day.....


    Regarding the above house though, it does make it seem that the asking price is too high - there are a number of similar houses in the immediate area which by comparison make the asking price of this one seem a bit on the high side
