All sorted :T
Seems the problem arose because I am a member of several survey sites0 -
Which sites are you a member of that caused a problem? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I think it is my paid opinion and grapevine panel, it seems I have different logins for each but they all use the same link for payment?0

Yeah I've had similar issues recently too, not impressed.insert signature here0

Must admit it is confusing and then they say paypal takes a 2% handling charge, can't see why I use other sites where I get the full amount.0

I've just tried and failed twice to get a Paypal payment from Crowdology. It's a shame, because I've previously had several payments and found them very reliable. I won't be very happy if it's to do with being on other survey sites, as they are still sending me plenty of survey links!0

I'm pretty sure this is just a temporary problem - it happened a few months ago when I tried to withdraw some money, and I'm having this problem now too. Fingers crossed it'll be resolved soon

I'd suggest contacting them via their facebook page as was suggested to me earlier in this thread, I got an almost immediate response despite the fact I had been trying to contact them by email for ages beforehand.0

I don't really care if they make money off of me. I assume every site on the web is trying to make money off me.
I haven't paid a penny for anything and I saved days scouring the web for good survey sites0 -
