Crowdology problem

Hi,
I keep getting an error message when trying to withdraw from Crowdology.
The message reads ' Payment solution is not available for the moment, please try again later'
This has been a problem for over a week now. I have emailed them three times but have had no reply.
Has anyone else had this?
I'm putting off doing any further surveys until it is sorted out as I read another post where people have had problems, although I must say I cashed out last month with no problem at all.

I've been having problems with crowdology for a few months now. My balance has remained the same for sometime despite the fact I have been completing surveys. I have emailed several times but got no response. I have now stopped doing the surveys I just want what is owed and then I'll probably give that site a miss, there are better sites that do pay out. Can anyone here who has had success contacting them tell me which email address you used pleased.0

Thanks for the quick reply, that is the email address I've been using and got no response from. Hopefully if someone here has had a response they may find there is another email address I can try.:)0

Afraid not, they are agreeing what they owe me and telling me to put in a claim, but the amount isn't shown as available, so obviously I can't submit a claim. At least they are communicating with me now so hopefully once they understand the situation it will be put right
