Court records do not record whether someone is a tenant or not, but it is inevitable that some are and some are not.
Consequently there are both dishonest tenants and dishonest landlords.
So what? The intention of starting this thread was to find an intelligent and just soloution to a very real problem. We have not even brushed against such a thing.0 -
