Hi,
Took my baby niece to the beach and paid for 2hrs parking, when unloading the car the ticket has obviously flown away, as paid with the only loose change on me as thought we would only stay for an hour or so with an 18mnth old, came back to the car to get some drinks and food and upgrade to all day parking as weather was hotter than imagined and noticed a PCN on window, paid for all day parking via RinGo as had no more change left only notes.

On a side note, it offers the ability to view evidence of the PCN online, I've tried to view the evidence in Firefox, Chrome & Internet Explorer and no pictures are loading
I searched everywhere for the ticket, the fact its in an open car-park on the beach, doesn't help with winds. It was an old pay-machine aswell, whereby you can't type your vehicle registration details, otherwise they would of known a ticket was paid for!!
The Ringo app wouldn't work on my phone for ages, and i didn't have enough change to pay for all-day parking, it eventually worked after over an hour of trying on the beach front, which is when i returned to the car to get the drinks to be met with this PCN. There isn't any CCTV in the car park, as I was going to ask them to view the footage of me purchasing my ticket, which is another thing which is annoying me
