Help with barclaycard

Im a bit confused by my ppi claim result.I wrote to Barclaycard with the correct forms and awaited a reply. I got one yesterday stating they couldn't help at that point as they needed more infomation about the claim (they wanted bank statements etc to prove what my claim said) and asked me to send the relevant documents. As I worked late I didn't get time last night so thought I'd do it today. Ive got home from work today and I have another letter from Barclaycard saying basically we don't uphold your complaint? it was dated the day after the first later was sent? How can they ask for relevant documents to support my claim one day then the next say they've come to a descision the very next day
I'm very confused can someone advise?

Send copies of the relevant documents you have and enclose a copy of the 2nd letter and ask why they asked for more info and a day later sent a rejection letter, ask them to relook at this.0

Hi Amersall
Thank you for your reply.I will give this ago I'm just puzzled how they can reject something without looking at the evidence they asked for? I'm concerned they can't have looked properly at either of the letters they're sending. Thanks again :beer:0 -
The first letter sounds like it may have been an automatically sent chaser as it had been opened for a certain amount of time. It was then worked by an actual case handler the next day. What are the defend reasons?0
