Bought the book in sainsburys for £9.99, 1p less than the book man & I got my points & no wait.
Making the spicy beef tagine now, doing it with stewing steak as I didnt have left over brisket!
I think jamie should have included alternatives for novice cooks if they didnt have left overs.
Loved the look of the beef brisket, I will try that. Not keen on the pea green mash! I didnt know you could cook fish & prawns without defrosting.0
