Co-op Bills very slow
Options
Are there any Co-op Energy customers here who have not received postal bills they were expecting?
The Helpline is being Helpful, and i am not currently making a complaint, I just wondered if anyone else had the same problem, if the company's local postal service was a problem, anything like that?
(I know about alternative ways of accessing the bills but I prefer to have something quarterly which is independent of the website.)
Thanks for any input.

Thank you. They sent me one by email in the end when I asked, but we contracted to have paper bills, and they have told me they were sent (twice) but nothing has turned up. I wondered if other customers were having the same problem.0

They've sent you something twice by post and you've not received either?
One copy going missing may be considered careless, but 2? That sounds somesthing more sinister.
I suggest you make a formal complaint to Royal Mail and perhaps the police.
With an organisation as big as Royal Mail, they will inevitably attract the odd bad apple.

But they will weed them out if identified. But they can only hope to identify them if you report the events.0 -

GOOD point but I suspect this isn't a postal problem and anyway anyone who nicks bills has other problems :-)
Since then we've all had emails saying they billed electricity customers at the wrong rate recently (but accepting responsibility for that) and I am now wondering if this matter which I guess was known about behind the scenes is the reason for being reluctant to post stuff - I'm not sure if that makes sense as the on-line and PDF bills haven't been changed though. Maybe they were hoping to and then found it was too difficult. I have asked for an explanation, let's see if I get one!0 -
Perhaps in a cost-cutting sweep they decided to sub-contract npower...0
