My littlewoods account was passed to arrow global / rma resolve in January

i pay them 28th evry month via standing order

Today i get a letter in stating that have not recieved payments since April ...i checked my bank and they have received one in May and again June and phoned them up they said disregard the letter as the missing payments are now showing

...He then went on to say that they needed and up to date income and expenditure form. I told them they were only getting what i was paying them as my income and cirmstances had not changed but cost of living had .

Do i have to fill it in and send it back?

...i previously had e a DMP with CAB but negotiated payments with the few creditors i have left and so far running well ( apart from littlewoods who are still being pain in the rears) ....i also sent LITTLEWOODS a prove it letter which they declined to respond to

  • just keep on telling them your circumstances haven't changed, and just remind them if they take you to court it'll cost them more than it'll cost you

Yep. Tell them if you have to reevaluate your payments it will be down, not up!

Send it again. You have other options if they can't or won't comply with your request.

Payment plans work both ways, if costs have gone up send them one.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

How old is the account? They might not have your agreement, hence ignoring you. Especially on old accounts.

If you send them a written signed for complaint about the lack of response, they might cough to not having it. Shop direct did with me, but only after complaint.

Thanks for your replies, i think the account was from around 2002 or 2004 ..i will send another one recorded delivery to the company who now own it see if they reply.

But i know littlewoods weren't any good in replying to many letters sent even from the CAB

when they took over the account in jauary they said that i was to continue paying the same as i did to littlewoods

on the phone today when i said i couldnt pay anymore at present he did say he wasnt asking me to increase it ..but they needed a up to date info on my financal situation / outgoings

nottoolate .. i couldnt remember the name yes it is cca

No, you don't have to give them your I&E. They don't want this to sanity check your payment. They want it to find levers to make you increase your payment, or decide to go for a CCJ. They have no other business with your information when you are making, and they are accepting payment.

Please stay off the phone where you will just get BS and bullying. If you want to pay them, then continue to do so. If they ask for your I&E in writing, send back a letter explaining that your circumstances haven't changed since you started paying them.

And definitely look in to sending them a CCA request.
