For example in the winter if we have windows closed we sometimes get a bit of mould but we have single glazing and it's where no air gets in, when windows are open there is no mould. I don't want them to put the buyers off or anything so is there anything I should do about it all before they come?

Wash the mould off. And a great tip for preventing mould: mix 10 drops of tea tree oil in a pint of water and one drop of bleach then using cotton wool dipped in and rung out thoroughly - wipe around the affected area (AFTER you've cleaned it). Smells nice too.Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes (Oscar Wilde)
