Hi
Could someone explain W.T.E. in language I can understand please
Work in an office (NHS) I'm 1 of 5 ladies (all on the same band)....2 are F/T (37.5 hrs), the other 3 are P/T....(1 x 30 hrs and 2 x 15 hrs)
Things are happening at the moment and we are being TUPE'd shortly.
Basic question is 3.62 WTE equivalent to the 5 of us with our odd hours ??

It's 3.6 WTE.
(37.5+37.5+30+15+15/37.5=3.6).Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Thanks for that.
I'm not as thick as I may sound, but some things really do go over my head sometimes and just won't sink in, hopefully it will stay there this time :rotfl:0 -
