can i claim on a catatalogue if over 6 years are passed
I have had success with AIG who are willing to pay back all the premiums which is fine by me but fashion worlds super payment protection is not very super and they are saying they don't have to but could I still make a claim on the insurance if 6 years has passed as I was made redundant 3 times between 2006 and 2010 .with the aig claim I found the legal compliance team are the people you need to get hold of.

They weren't regulated prior to Jnauary 2005, so what you do is complain to the catalogue anyway, then when they reject you, find out who the insurers were, and complain to them.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
