Halifax Reward Current Account £5 Reward not paid this month

I haven't received my reward from July which I believe should be paid by the 10th of the month. I use this account just to claim the reward so transfer in some money, move most of it back a few days later and have 2 active direct debits setup. I have included a section of my statement below. Can anybody explain why I haven't received the reward and who I need to contact to resolve.

I can only see one DD paid in June. So you wouldn't be due it (from my understanding, they DD's need to be active to keep the account, but actually paid to receive the reward)

Well spotted the DD for £25 normally goes out about the 29th of the month, but due to the way the weekend fell has gone on the 1st July instead.

I can only see 1 DD for May, but the £5 reward was paid in June?

The DD requirement only came in force on 1st June I believe.

It was the 1st May.

The DDs had to be set up by 14th April (according to the letter some of us got), and paid in May to be eligible for the Reward paid in June.
