am i being hacked

morning all. would really appreciate some advice.
when logging into my email account with aol yesterday, when I got to the enter password bar I noticed that there was a symbol that looked like a eye on the right hand side of the bar? should I be worried? and if so what action would you recommend

Also what browser do you use (firefox, Internet explorer, Chrome etc)

I actually also have it when I log on to this forum. It disappears once the right password has been entered. I wasn't concerned about it, but am glad to hear where it's come from. Thanks.
