It says on MSE Capital One Aspire World card is load free for foreign transaction...I just realise been charged 2.75% "transaction fee" used it in Malaysia. Anyone any experience bout this?

Yes. This has been posted a lot. You have the old card. The load free card is the new one. Your terms and conditions haven't changed. Always check what your own terms and conditions say.0
