Quick renting question

Am on 30mins Wifi at Premier Inn, so don't have time to read the whole renting thread!

If a house is on for rental at £825, can I offer to pay £800 a month?

Property bee shows its been available for rent for 10 days - price reduced today.

Is haggling on monthly rental the done thing? Or do you just accept the price its up for?

Yes, of course you can haggle. It all depends on supply and demand really, and how attractive you are as a tenant.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning
