Looking for good deal in September

Hi

Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help.
Hubby and I are looking for a weeks holiday in the first couple of weeks of September this year.
We would be flying from any scottish airport and would prefer a 4/5* in Tunisia or Salou ( so we can be big kids at Portaventura!)
We;ve looked about but there doesnt seem to be much jumping out
I know there are lots of you on here that have a lot more knowledge than me as to where the best deals are!
