My HP moniter died on me yesterday so I treated myself to a flat screen 19" Hanns.G with speaker. From Argos at £119. Anyone got any experience of these. It seems to do the job, and the price seemed reasonable

I brought a 19" Hanns G from ebuyer, and it's proven to be a great purchase over the past three months. Once you get used to it, try returning to a smaller screen and you'll realise how good new new screen is!0

I had one for a while. It was fine, no problems.
Speakers not worth a penny though but I don't know of anyone who would use them for anything other than office sounds.0 -
Yes _ I found the sound rather "tinny" - but all said and done, a monitor is for watching not for listening to !!
Pleased you both found the Hanns ok0 -
My pc came with one. It's a lovely display but I love music so had to buy new speakers0

You probably paid about £20 too much but I guess if you desperately needed it that day then I suppose you mayfind the £20 premium worth it. So long as you're happy with it then that's all that matters."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Yep - I could have paid a tad too much as you say Super but I didn't have a monitor, so I couldn't trawl through the internet trying to locate one at a cheaper price, anyway, at least with Argos, you can whizz down to the store and pick one up !!0

Yes, sold lots of HannsG stuff. Good gear, cheap, no problems.0
