Being on a year, hopefully their would some movement regarding the price IF we decide in the future this is the a property worth making an offer on...0 -
The price appears consistent with both the last (2012) sale on the street and the percentage increase (and subsequent decrease) in prices since the vendors bought it.
I doubt that they will go much lower0 -
