Hi
I took out a loan 20 years ago when i had just turned 18 and was not really aware of what i was signing but was never told i had PPI but am now worried i was stung at a young age
Do the rules stop me from claiming it back because its longer than the 10 years?

There is no 10 year rule. The further back in time you go the harder it gets as documentation tends to no longer exist. Still possible but the odds of success increasingly get worse.
