Hi all,
My wife & I have been unemployed now & on Income based JSA for 18 months. My wife may have the chance of a full time job, we have done the benefits calculations & we will get Working Tax Credit, but what we can not find anywhere is if I will still get JSA as I will still not be in work?
Any advice would be grateful, as Direct.Gov clear as mud,:)

If you are both on income-based JSA, then your household income rising due to one of you getting full time work will generally eliminate your JSA, due to your household income rising over the amount of your JSA.
You can continue to claim JSA on a credits only basis - but not actually be paid.0 -
as it is income based JSA, then your benefit will stop if your wige earns more than £112 a week.
as a couple, you are expected to support one another financially0 -
Thanks rogerblack & nannytone we both thought that but just wanted confirmation,
