Early Loan Settlement and PPI

Hi all
I have been in the process of making a PPI, via Motorpoint with Black Horse Finance. Claim raised in Feb 13 - just received my cheque. However, as I only had the loan for 6 months before settling the cheque refund is only for PPI payments over this 6 months or so it seems. The orginal value for PPI was £1300, but I only received £263 back. How can I be sure, that my settlement figure didnt include the PPI payments?
Thanks

The capital of the PPI would have been rebated when you settled the loan. You can ask them for the settlement figure if you wany, they may not give it to you.
You will only be refunded what you actually paid, so if you know you paid more, you can still complain about that.
If you didn't pay more, then you won't get anymore.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
After the rebate for the PPI the remainder would have been paid back by you at settlement, ask for a full breakdown of this account as you want to check the redress is right and the 8% if you got it.0
