Eon issue can rep pm me please?
Options
I have a payment plan agreement with eon over period of 5 years.
One year in, and had letter wanting £200 per month more than was agreed.
Spoke to eon and they don't seem to be able to help. Now can't get through.
I've a young child and can not afford another £200 per month.
Please help!

We don't have access to PM's I'm afraid.
To be honest it would be very exceptional circumstances that we would allow someone to pay a balance back over 5 years.
What sort of arrangement is it? Direct Debit?
If it is a Direct Debit, this may have changed if your usage has changed, so still paying the same amount off the balance but increased inline with your consumption.
Does it give you any calculations on the letter?
I'm sorry we weren't able to help on the phone, I'm not sure why we didn't give you the info you asked for.

I was helped by a rep previously on this site who was able to help when EON customer services couldn't.
Not sure why EON going back on agreement. My usage has certainly not trebled.
I have finally got through to someone who has been able to access the payment agreement and the payment plan has been reinstated. For August....but stuck with finding an extra £200 for this month or cancelling direct debit. Then looking at potential default on agreement from my side.0 -
