Two years ago i made a claim on an endownmet taken out some twenty years ago, I was successful to being mis-sold the endownment policy. This endownment was originally paid as endownment + Life insurance.
Now i have claimed and won the mis-sold endownment, i am wondering if there could be a claim made for the life insurance ?, As i am not sure if the first claim covered both.
I am also going through my paper work for House insurance taken out at the same time, wondering if there is a claim to be made there as well..
Could anyone kindly offer some thoughs / advise on this please.

An endowment policy is essentially a life insurance contract designed to pay out a specified sum of money either on death or on maturity of the policy. What was your original complaint and what different grounds do you believe you now have to complain about?...I am also going through my paper work for House insurance taken out at the same time, wondering if there is a claim to be made there as well..
What would your complaint be regarding the house insurance?
P.S. None of which are, of course, PPI.0 -

The endowment is a life assurance policy. It would not be in addition. Now i have claimed and won the mis-sold endownment, i am wondering if there could be a claim made for the life insurance ?
No. That would have been handled as part of your complaint.I am also going through my paper work for House insurance taken out at the same time, wondering if there is a claim to be made there as well..
House insurance is mandatory with a mortgage. Why on earth do you think you shouldnt have house insurance?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
