housing benefit/carers allowance

hi after a 20 week wait for my partners DLA claim, he was awarded high mobility and high care and i have received carers allowance backdated from april....also Tax credits have paid him the disability element backdated 20 weeks...he has also been receiving SSP since the end of February
please could someone give me an idea on how much the above benefits will effect housing benefit and how much i will have to pay back for the 20 weeks we have been waiting to hear from DLA
we currently receive full housing benefit as i filled in all the forms when he went onto SSP, and they based their award on us getting his SSP and tax credits of £186.00 per week(we have 3 children)
