Highview carpark - tesco in Hull

Hi, I've just recieved a letter from Highview stating I overstayed the 2 hr limit at the Hull Tescos (England - just in case theres another Hull :-) ). The letter has a picture of my car entering and leaving with some times attached. The fine is £70 or a bargain £40 if i pay quickly!!! I was going to reply to the letter…

Who is this mythical "you"? Is it the driver or the registered keeper?

If you do agree to that charge is there any way of paying it while you are in the car-park? And when that £70 charge kicks in does it mean that once you have paid it you can stay in the car park for ever?

What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
