I recommend you start again with a new letting agent, but before you do, spend a couple of hours reading up on what you actually need to do to be a landlord.
Renting out your flat is a business, and as you have found, you can't rely on letting agents to know their elbow from any other part of their anatomy.0 -

I suggest putting you flat back on the market and selling it at a reasonable price.
Latting accomodation is a buisness, you can use a letting agent but you still have to be aware that you are running a buisness and treat it accordingly. If you claim to be too young to be aware of everything then maybe you are too young to let a flat. Age is not a barrier to gaining knowledge.
