Quidco not paying please help

hi everyone if this is not in the right place feel free to move as i had no idea where the correct place would be... Anyway i have been with quidco for around 4 months now and i have managed to get 360.00 owing to me. when i go to payments it is scheduled, but it was scheduled to be paid april, then may and now june..... i have put a ticket in to ask them and that was a week ago with no reply... does anyone know how it works please. i have set payment to paypal payments and it has not been changed.

Any advice appriciated.

if you have set it to paypal only the maximum is £50 a month payout, change your details to BACS

PayPal Payment Limits
For security reasons payments over £50 must be made via BACS. PayPal payments are only an option if your payment total amounts to less than £50. Please be sure to adjust your settings accordingly, or your payment may be delayed.


the status needs to be "received" (which means the retailer has paid the money to quidco) before it's paid out

many many thanks i will change it right now..... yes all my funds are received to quidco so off to change to bacs.... thanks so very very much....

no problems, got mine the other day after changing to BACS...

and best of all, it's now free that way !!!

now i have changed to bacs any idea when i might get a payment please????
dont know why quidco could not have told me that a week ago when i put in a ticket..still no reply. i am so very thankful to you who ever you are....

just got 79p from quidco, didn't realise it was coming!! have changed my minimum payout to £10

If you change your payment details, it takes ten days I think. It's in the myriad small print somewhere!
