Bought tickets from Viagogo using Visa. Seats failed to materialise. Will S 75 work or chargeback?

Contact card provider and a chargeback is available. So long as the original debit is under 120 days you won't need any paperwork (as per visa regs) if its over 120 days then you will have to sign some paperwork that your card provider will send you.

You didn't receive the tickets or were you unable to occupy the booked seats. Did you see the concert from different seats?0
