Praise to Titan airlines

Just over a week ago my return flight from Gothenburg was provided by Titan Airlines instead of BA. During the flight my mobile fell off my lap and slipped down the side of the seat (between my seat and the window). It disappeared under the flooring of the plane.The cabin staff told me that the plane was going to be converted back to a cargo plane the next day and the floor would be taken up. They suggested that I leave my contact details. I did so but was not optimistic.
3 days later I got an email. My phone had been found by a member of the Titan staff. The following day it was returned by hand to my workplace.:j
