cistolic - Near the top of the page, just under your user name it says:

You need to click on the 'User CP' link & then click on Edit Signature which is one of the options running down the left hand side under Settings & Options.

You aren't allowed to put a URL into your signature without prior permission from the Forum Team & it does have a maximum number of characters.
