Hi all,
I am currently looking for a new place to live along with my two housemates, if we go through an agency has anyone had a problem whilst being in an IVA? I have read other articles that suggest it is best to tell the agent about this upfront which is what i have done, so just waiting for a response from then. I dont want to pay agency fees and then end up being told i cannot rent from them. Thanks for any adivce,
