Terms & Conditions

There is only one prize to be won of 5,000 points. The prize draw will take place on the 03/07/2007. The prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries.
The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.

Eligible cardholders can enter the prize draw by completing the necessary survey by 26/06/2007.

The prizewinner will be notified by email by 06/07/2007 and the points will be added to the prizewinners Nectar account within a further 14 days.

The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.

Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to Nectar Cinema Survey winners, Loyalty Management UK Limited, 80 Strand, 3rd Floor, London, WC2R ONN.

By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The data captured in this survey will only be used by Loyalty Management UK Limited to compile information on 'phone habits' and will be then used for media purposes. No one individual will be mentioned.
