You can usually began idea of what amount people will be mortgaged too for this. Nothing is coming up on zoopla for! I lnow the current owner has not been in it since 2001, I think she said about 7 years. Any ideas where else I can look?

All the houses in the area have sold for all different amounts, so I can't even use that to base my offer on.
