fos upheld complaint but lloyds don't seem to be acknowledging this

Hi, I'm just wanting some advice on what happens now...
I applied for a PPI refund on my Lloyds credit cards and Lloyds rejected the claim. I contacted the fos who wrote back saying they were upholding my complaint and have contacted Lloyds asking to confirm the proposed settlement. This was in May... and I'm still waiting! The fos have written to me again saying they have had no contact from Lloyds and they will contact them again but were very vague as to what happens next. Does anyone know how long this is likely to take?! I know Lloyds can dispute the proposed settlement but do you know if this often happens?
Thanks

I assume this is adjudicators provisional assessment ?
When no party responds to any FOS correspondence, the case automatically closes. A case can be re-opened unto about 3 months following closure (in practice longer).
What will probably happen is Lloyds will contest the adjudicators view next month and ask for an Ombudsman’s final decision. You then have to wait a year.0 -
Did you receive a form to sign saying you accept or reject the decision? If not then it is a provisional assessment as described above. The last one I had which went to the Ombusdman took six months to go through the final Ombudsman process rather than a year. Ring your adjudicator and confirm the situation.0

I'd just be patient.
