Was reaserching the Leon (mk2, 2012) and found out it only has a 4 star rating.
They state "Structures in the dashboard represented a potential hazard to the knees and femurs on the driver's side"
Dont like the sound of that, the car was tested in 2005 does anyone know if they made changes in that time to 2012?
The other car i had been looking at before this was the Astra GTC which you get a knee airbag for the driver as well. but the spec is far lower on the astra though.0 -
There was an update to the Leon around 2010 where it got a slight facelift and some interior changes although I don't know if that improved the safey rating.

It did... it now has a 5-star NCAP rating and 7 airbags as standard."Getting Married" - The act of betting half of everything you own on the fact you will love someone forever :rotfl:0
