PropertyHeads.com - what do you think?

Hi guys. What do people think of the new PropertyHeads.com website?
Looks like it's still very much a work in progress but I like the idea. It's a social network dedicated to property. A kind of Facebook, meets Rightmove, meets RatedPeople.
The thing I like is that it gives potential buyers (and the whole propertyheads community) the chance to comment on properties they are looking at. So buyers are not just relying on the marketing spiel from the estate agent. It also evens the playing field between direct sellers and estate agents by having them advertise homes on the same platform (I think this is a first?).

Sounds like "right man, wrong plan"! Are you Neil Clough by any chance? :rotfl:0

I think the idea of an "interactive" rightmove listing would be great.
But the reality is that you are never going to get paid for listings for people to discuss, the incumbent is just too powerful.
And no-one is going to pay to join a discussion forum that is consumer led.0 -
Exactly my thoughts anselld :T0
