Double glazed window and door

We have recently had a new upvc door and window fitted, the supplier has just gone bust.

The new works are complete but not as per the order, the door should have obscure glass and there should have been a new pane of glass in an existing window.

Were waiting for the receiver to chase us for the money, my question is how much do we reduce the invoice by for:-

the new pane in an existing window (whilst this was quoted seperately I now need to find someone to replace just that pane)

correcting the door glass 600x1150 double glazed unit

no fensa certificate

no guarantee

We don't mind paying something as we have got a new door / window albeit we now have issues to resolve.
