Has anyone been promised a voucher for a free MOT with their ins renewal and been fobed off as to why they haven't recieved their voucher after waiting two months for it?

Every time I phone More Than there's some excuse!!
I wouldnt have any free mot , they will just make up the money with lots of failures on your car and offer to do the work themselves.0
