I would be very surprised if they didn't check to be honest.
You maybe should have researched this before you gave Sky notice.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Sky will be more than happy to cancel your 31 days notice.
Although i know people (myself included) who have changed, been credit checked and still been accepted with really bad credit history so i guess its up to you if you think its worth the risk.0 -
I gave sky notice last month, 5 days later the retention team phoned and offered 12 month half price tv/sports/movies. I declined that offer as it was still too expensive so he offered me 6 months free tv/sports/movies which I snapped up! They don't tie you in to another contract unless you get a new box so I can renegotiate in 6 months when my deal finishes :j0
