Would it surprise you to know the greatest perpetrators of the government premium rate phoneline scam, exposed by the National Audit Office, are IDS's Department of Works and Pensions and Osborne's HMRC? See here

From a sticky:This board is here for help and support for those on or looking to claim benefits
It’s ONLY focus is helping people with their money.
It's here to help people find out what they are entitled to under the current system, and to help them get it.0 -
Well combine it with this and perhaps it will help them with their money.

At least it makes people aware that some advice isn't free, although it appears some is looking at that graph. Spend a long time on these numbers and they will need benefits to claim benefits!
It always seems to me the people who complain least get ignored.0 -
I normally disagree when people say non specific benefit queries posted here should be in DT believing they should at least be in the benefits part of the forum rather than lost among all the non benefit stuff. This thread is not relevant to this board.
But this isn't even close to a benefits issue, general or otherwise. It's not useful.0
