Would it surprise you to know the greatest perpetrators of the government premium rate phoneline scam, exposed by the National Audit Office, are IDS's Department of Works and Pensions and Osborne's HMRC? See here

It seems the people least able to pay are the ones who are charged most

At least it makes people aware that some advice isn't free, although it appears some is looking at that graph. Spend a long time on these numbers and they will need benefits to claim benefits!

It always seems to me the people who complain least get ignored.

I normally disagree when people say non specific benefit queries posted here should be in DT believing they should at least be in the benefits part of the forum rather than lost among all the non benefit stuff.

But this isn't even close to a benefits issue, general or otherwise. It's not useful.
