You seem to be looking for a way not to pay for the energy that you have actually consumed. If you have not contacted your supplier since Sept 05, why not?

Every time that you have received an invoice, you have had the opportunity to correct any incorrect information and supply an actual reading to generate a corrected invoice!

You obviously know how much you have used over this time period and have ignored their invoices, so why do you think that it your suppler at fault?
