DRO Credit Report help
I have seen a couple of other posts with the same questions that I have....hoping someone can reply as I need help
I was placed in my fro in Feb 2012 and finished Feb 2013
I have just got my experian credit report through and have lots of questions
1. I still have lloyds TSB showing on their as an active account, just called them but they are not helping and are saying they know nothing! How do I get proof of my DRO?
2. I have a ccj also still showing, how would I go about getting this to be shown as satisfied?
3. Not all of my accounts are on my experian report, I have tried getting hold of an Equifax report but as I do not have a credit card I cannot obtain the report. I feel like I am lost in a cycle of endless corridors
4. Should my DRO be shown on my credit report as I cannot see this either?
Lots of questions, hoping someone has some help to give?

1. Did you not have any paperwork from the OR/intermediary? Or print off the entry on the insolvency register?
2. You can try giving proof of the DRO to the court with a request for it to be marked as satisfied, but normally they will only do that for CCJs that have actually been paid in full. Different rules than those for defaults on credit reports.
3. You can get the report via post, where they will accept cheque or postal order.
4. Should show yes. Normally/often seems to show as a BR rather than DRO as their systems don't seem to have a DRO designation.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I am also interested in this thread. Had a DRO granted in Aug 2011, debts written off Aug 2012. What should I be doing now to improve my credit report? Also, I am hoping to one day buy a house, I know the DRO stays on my report for 6 years but does it then just disappear and lenders will never know it happened? And finally, I know that DROs haven't even been around for 6 years yet so there is no real life evidence, but could a person who had a DRO realistically ever be given a mortgage? Sorry if I sound naive bit any advice is appreciatedManaged to save 20% of house deposit target0

After 6 years it is all wiped away. No evidence of your DRO it will be as if it never happened.
As for the question have you ever been bankrupt you can honestly say no if it was just a DRO. If they ask have you been insolvent in the last 6 years you would have to wait the 6yrs before you can answer no.0
