hc1 form

Does anyone know what the address is to send my hc1 form to get help with dental charges.The address on the form is different to the one one the envelope,and the postcode(NE99 2AZ) does not exist?Thanks

Just put it in the envelope and add a stamp if needed. Royal mail will know where to send it.0

NE99 is central newcastle where alot of benefit offices are based0

If its like Edinburgh, then the 99 postcode refers to the Mail Centre where the DWP mail is sorted to0

If its the brown prepaid envelope you was given when you got the HC1 just pop it in there. In Yorkshire area its Newcastle as Woodbine has said, but not sure if thats for the whole of EnglandWhy pay full price when you may get it YS
