ISP provider Backtracking on their offer of Compensation

What do you all think?? I think I have a case to make them stick to their word.
I was offered 75% off my total bill for 4 months by my ISP provider when they messed up my package which consists of calls, line rental and broadband. I got my first bill in with NO discount, and when I queried it, they are going back on their word, although I have their offer of compensation in writing from them. They are now saying they can only give me discount on part of my package and not total bill - although I have it in writing that they offered me 75% off total bill for 4 months.
