good budget 42 or 47 inch tv ?

at present i have a 32 inch hd ready hanspree tv (6yr) old, (one of the first £ 300 tvs back then) which i have been very please with
i know want a new one (lcd sreen) either 42 or 47 inch , would like full hd, led screen, not bothered about sound quality , as i have a surrounded and turtle beach.
i only use the tv with my xbox for gaming, my budget is about £ 400, would like to spend less if possible, many thanks
