Euro Car Parts Savings

New to the forum and this may be posted elsewhere (apologies)!

Just ordered head gasket set from their website.
Order Online = £40.95 (pick up from shop next day)
Order on telephone from shop = £47.99p (pick up from shop next day).
Saving = £7.04p
For all the bits including water pump,cam set,oil,plugs,coolant etc,etc.
The saving was nearly £50....happy days!:beer:
Just thought I would share the savings with you,apparently a lot of people ring to ask if part available.....do it online.

They've always got discounts running. If you can wait a couple of days for parts try http://www.carparts4less.co.uk it's the online only side of ECP.

I was going to buy some stuff from them, put it in my basket but then got distracted and didn't buy. A short while later I received an email with a discount code.

Euro Car Parts is only a mile further than my local and is worth the trip. My local car parts place is an absolute rip off.

Find your local factor. Not a retail fronted shop or a "we'll get it in 24 hours" reseller. It will pay dividends.

From their T&C page:

"1.3 Our company number is 07596462 "

According to companies house, company number 07596462, is dormant with two pounds at the bank.

and they have not bothered filing accounts since 2011.

To be fair, my local parts shop can be pretty good on their prices. Like ECP, if you do a fair bit, it's well worth having a chat and seeing what they can do you discount wise.
