Tax credits finally sorted

After a lot of conflicting info from TC helpline, I discovered there had been a compliance raised on my claim, (basically due to lots of changes of circumstances in a short space of time - although, I felt, we were being penalised for being honest, but thats another story!).

Anyway, after receiving a great deal of help from the compliance officer, and nearly 6 weeks without any much needed TC, we finally have a payment schedule.

Normal payments will be resumed by next tuesday, and back money totalling (o my!!) £970 will be in my account tomorrow.

I feel like Ive been carryng a 20 stone man round on my shoulders for weeks, and the relief is indescribable.:T

I bet you are relieved, am glad everything's all sorted.. I always feel like a criminal when I ring the Tax Credits :rotfl:
