Yesterday I registered with the Club on behalf of my elderly father.
I subsequently went on to change his utility supplier.
Now i am wondering when I registered who`s address did I put down, his or mine.
I can see now way of checking this when I log-in.
It only seems to give me access to basic things like name, email and password.
Did I ever put in an address when I registered ?
I am confused !

Yes you need to input your address in full to register - it asks for your postcode and then you choose your house number, etc.
(This is why I refuse to register as only the first part of the postcode, or supply region, is really needed to provide a comparison service.)
If your postcode is not recognised (or your address listed) you can't register.
Remember, it takes the address as the supply address. If it's not correct (i.e wrong supply region) then the output will be wrong.0 -
Thanks for that much appreciated. When you have a 87 year old beside you registering, it can become confusing.0
